Maintenance Notification List
For Problem Reporting, the Bureau of Enterprise Systems and Technologies within the State of Connecticut's Department of Administrative Services provides network helpdesk support for the Connecticut Education Network through a Service Center located at 101 East River Drive, East Hartford. The Service Center can be utilized for problem reporting and can be reached by calling:
(860) 622-2300 and selecting option 9
or by sending email to: Best.email@example.com.
To request a new configuration change, additional services, or technical information regarding changes to your connection, contacts will be made through an electronic mail based General Service Request. A confirmation that a request has been submitted will be sent within 2 business days and a follow-up on a response will then be generated.
