SERVICE UPDATE (2/27/15):  DMV's Wethersfield Branch Office is open for regular business on Friday (February 27) except for vehicle inspections, which are not available due to a power outage.

DMV's limited-service offices in Enfield and New Britain will open the remainder of this week for license and registration services.  The two offices had been slated to be closed for employee computer training.  There will be no knowledge or road skills testing in Enfield or New Britain.

The Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) issues a Non-Driver Photo Identification Card (ID) to any applicant who does not possess a valid motor vehicle driver's license or whose license is presently under suspension.
