Revocation Issued By Revenue Accounting Unit
Once you have received a notice of revocation from the Revenue Accounting Unit, you must resolve all outstanding fiscal issues before restoration can take place. If the outstanding issues are resolved before the effective date of revocation, no further action is required. However, if the outstanding issues are resolved after the effective date of the revocation, your credentials are cancelled.
In order to clear your revocation, you must submit a check or money order in the amount of $175 made payable to "DMV" before the cancelled item can be restored. You must also begin the application process for the cancelled item from the start and pay applicable fees.
