  • Development Associate – GOODSPEED MUSICALS
    Goodspeed Musicals is looking for a Development Associate to support the efforts of the Development Department as it cultivates, acquires, and stewards individual and institutional donors by: managing and maintaining the Goodspeed donor database; generating reports, mailing lists and department communications; assisting with follow-up efforts for both solicitation and acknowledgements; assisting with the planning and execution of all departmental special events. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, good writing skills, excellent book keeping skills, and strong computer literacy especially in the areas of Excel and data base management. Experience with Raisers Edge a plus. The ideal candidate should be self-directed, highly organized, and detail-oriented.   • Education and Outreach Manager – GOODSPEED MUSICALS 
    Goodspeed Musicals seeks a full time Education and Outreach Manager.  The ideal candidate will have a relevant college degree, theatre education and teaching experience, attention to detail, knowledge and familiarity with musical theatre, outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to be pro-active and work independently, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work as part of a team.  This person will work side by side with the Education Manager and Library Director.  Duties include but are not limited to, creation and writing of student guides and program notes, in school teaching as part of the Arts Education Collaboration program and managing relationships with several existing school partnerships with NYU and The Hartt School.  Please send a resume, cover letter and reference contact information to Josh Ritter at Goodspeed Musicals, 6 Main Street, East Haddam, CT 06423 or by email to Salary commensurate with the industry and full benefits provided.
